SHIPPING POLICY

At Zosack, we're committed to providing a seamless and reliable shopping experience for our valued customers. This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding the shipment of our products. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping.

1. Order Processing and Transit Time

  • Orders are typically processed for shipment within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. We aim to get your order ready as quickly as possible.

  • typically we take 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.(Rugs may take 14-15 business days to reach after payment and size confirmation.)

Note That: Currently we ship only New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Italy, Australia, and Germany. So, our mentioned transit time is acceptable only for our listed country,

2. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your package, as well as your chosen shipping method. During the checkout process, you will be presented with the available shipping options and their respective costs.

Order Cut out Time: 10:00 AM(GMT +12:00) New Zealand Standard Time (Auckland) (Monday - Saturday)

Returns & Cancellations 

We welcome our every customer for return and exchange but if the customer's order is custom-made so it wont be returned. For more info about return please read our return policy. We accept cancelation within 24 hours of your placing an order.

Wrong Address

If You provide the wrong address during checkout, you have to contact our support team before the order is processed. We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Keep in mind that for an incorrect address you need to bear the full transportation Cost (return cost).

 

Order Tracking

You'll receive an e-mail confirming your order has been shipped, issuing your shipment tracking number, and links directly to the carrier's site.
